RETURN POLICY
The buyer must recognize that all Diamond Shield pre-cut kits are custom manufactured after an order is placed. Other than a product defect or incorrect shipment (wrong part number, missing parts) requests for returns are normally not allowed.
If you have damaged a portion of the kit and would like to replace just that piece, contact us and we will replace at a per piece cost plus the shipping.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Diamond Shield makes every possible effort to ensure that all precut kits have been measured, and designed to fit the specific make and model advertised. A professional installation does require some skill on the part of the installer, for which Diamond Shield cannot be held accountable.
Customers are strongly encouraged to watch the installation videos prior to attempting to install the kit. If you have any questions, please call us @ 888.806.5862. The purchase and use of Diamond Shield precut kits are done so at the buyers risk.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Diamond Shield warrants that the Nano-Fusion protection film will be free of manufacturing defects, including yellowing, peeling or shrinking. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or misapplication, proper product care (washing and waxing per our product care info) is required. Please note our liability does not extend beyond our products and is restricted to the replacement of the defective film.
